These are the best sleeves for moderate, comfortable compression and support during long sessions, moving events and crossfit WODs. When your grip is fading from all those deadlifts, and you need to pull these from your shins to your knees for a squat or carry, the handles are a life saver.
These multi-use sleeves are the only sleeves you will need for all of your training. When properly fitted, the compression and support from their double ply construction provide joint stability and reduce stress on the tendons of the knees and elbows. In addition to being great for squats and presses, their two layers of woven fabric allow them to be worn as shin guards, protecting from scrapes and bruises during deadlifts.
*For sizing, measure circumference at the center of the joint with the limb straight. For use as shin guards, measure the center of the calf muscle.
